Food was terrible , kebab meat seemed like it was 5 days old hard as nails , chips tasted like burned fat , pizzas both tasted really bad , spent £19 to eat virtually nothing … Be nice for a response from management??

915pm Asked to leave a review!! I still haven't received my order!¡!Ordered at 7pm expected delivery at 8.07pm!! Called the shop twice to be told its on its way, as I'm a little bit out of area its going to longer delivery. 2 hours??? Oh and a £8 delivery charge. I get you're busy and if that's the case turn off your online ordering.

An hour late for delivery. 2x pizzas were freezing cold, the cheese had went hard. One pizza box looked like it had been sat on so all topping was stuck to lid. Fries were undercooked. Usually Derwentside is our go to pizza place but after tonight we will be looking elsewhere
