Food was cold , items were missing out the order and when they delivered the missing item, I was asked for the items back, I had to explain that they were delivering the missing items and not replacing items that were not good, won't be going back in a hurry, kebab had about 3 strips of kebab meat and kebab wrap was pitiful.

Waited 2 hours for our delivery 1 hr over what time was stated, after phoning the place and told it was on it was, this is the second time waiting well over the time and although we used to enjoy the food here in the past we shall not be ordering from here again due to the wait time for delivery

2.5hour wait for stone cold inedible food. Pizza base was raw and had maybe seen the oven from a distance but not actually entered it. Chicken nuggets also soggy and undercooked. Had to phone shop to chase my order twice to be lied to by staff saying the order was just being finished off and would be with me in 10 mins.... 40 minutes later still no food had arrived. Will not be returning, seems a common problem at this pizza shop
